After majoring in classical music (piano) and communication in college, Eric started his music career as a worship arts leader in a local church. By this time Eric had already produced and recorded 3 of his 6 piano cd's and written a rock musical. Eric then went on to work for a film company as a producer, composer, editor, and as 1st Assistant Director when filming on location. Eric now runs his own music and film company. He also works as the Communications Team Leader for the church planting organization Christian Associates.

He has written music for more than 100 short films, several feature length documentaries, numerous commercials and TV spots, and special effect theaters and museum projects. He has also written a classical ballet, and a variety of children's projects. Eric has won over ten national awards for his film and television compositions, including the coveted Gold Music Element Addy Award for a Compassion International project. Eric's music can be found in music libraries from Los Angeles and San Francisco to Vienna (Austria) and Sweden, and has been heard on national television. Along with his work in film and TV, Eric has written and produced six of his own piano albums and performed concerts across the nation.

As a filmmaker, Eric has had the opportunity to work with clients all over the world. His experience includes everything from green screen shoots in Los Angeles to leading a three camera crew on a three week shoot through the desert and mountain regions of Egypt and Israel.

Eric currently lives with his wife, Meredith (an anchor for the NBC affiliate), in Panama City Beach, FL. When he is not composing or filming, he is working towards a Masters of Divinity Degree at Denver Seminary.
